A Common Service Center (CSC) is a digital service delivery point that provides various government and private services to citizens in rural and semi-urban areas. We act as a bridge between citizens and digital services.
Where is The One Place Digital Service CSC located?
We are located at Kavi Nazrul Metro Station, Garia, Kolkata, West Bengal 700084. You can easily reach us via metro or other local transportation.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

What services do you offer at your CSC?
We offer a wide range of services including:
- Aadhaar enrollment and update services
- PAN card application
- Government scheme registrations
- Bill payments (electricity, water, phone, etc.)

Do I need to book an appointment for services?
While we accept walk-in customers, we recommend booking an appointment for services that require more time, such as Aadhaar enrollment or government scheme registrations, to avoid waiting time.
What documents do I need to bring for Aadhaar services?
For Aadhaar enrollment, you need:
- Proof of Identity (POI) - Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, etc.
- Proof of Address (POA) - Utility bills, Bank statements, etc.
- Original documents for verification
For updates, bring your Aadhaar card and supporting documents for the changes.

Are there any additional charges for services?
Our service charges are transparent and government-approved. Some services may have nominal government fees in addition to our service charges. We provide complete cost breakdown before proceeding with any service.

Do you provide digital literacy training?
Yes! We offer basic digital literacy training to help citizens learn how to use computers, smartphones, internet services, and various government digital platforms. Training sessions are conducted regularly.
Can you help with filling online forms?
Absolutely! Our trained staff can assist you with filling out various online forms including government applications, scholarship forms, job applications, and more. We ensure accuracy and proper submission.

Do you provide home services?
